Our lab integrates three core platforms — immune cell genetic engineering via CRISPR/Cas and lentiviral vectors, novel T cell engineering including CAR and enhanced TCR designs, and next-generation antibody engineering such as bispecific antibodies and ADCs — to develop transformative immunotherapies across cancer, autoimmune disease, and neurodegeneration.
